Navodaya Hospital (Pvt) Ltd. conducts a series of staff programs designed to enhance professional development, strengthen teamwork and promote overall employee well-being. These programs focus on ensuring the mental well-being and happiness of all staff members. In addition, Navodaya Hospital places a strong emphasis on staff welfare through health awareness campaigns, recreational activities and motivational programs that foster a positive and supportive work environment.
01. Social service program held in Panamura Walalgoda area on the occasion of Elders' Day
During the program, students provided medical check-ups, blood and urine tests, essential treatments, and hygiene care. They also dedicated time to enhance the physical and mental well being of the elderly residents.
02. Children from Navodaya Nursing Training School participate in elderly home treatment
Students of Navodaya Nurses Training School recently participated in their first elderly care service initiative for the year 2025. This meaningful engagement was conducted by the 2024 batch, marking their commitment to compassionate healthcare.
